Procrastination: Exercise Edition
It's the holiday season, so of course I am on a regimen of copious baked goods and zero exercise. Truly, I mean to exercise, but I put it off... and off... and off. Something about the winter months gives me this incredible sense of inertia.
I don't even dislike exercise: it feels amazing once I've done it. So why can't I get motivated to push my tush? Do I hate my body? Do I dislike feeling pleasant and healthy? Do I secretly want to be featured on TLC's My 600-Pound Life someday?
My only hope is that the new year with its impending bridal salon appointments will scare me into feeling the burn. What gets you motivated?
